OOYOO and TOPPAN Holdings are jointly developing mass production technology for high-performance CO₂ separation membranes that enable CO₂ separation, recovery, and reuse. By integrating OOYOO’s world-leading CO₂ separation membrane technology with TOPPAN’s highly precise film processing and manufacturing technology, they aim to realize membrane solutions that enable energy-saving and highly efficient carbon recycling.

Currently, a CO₂ recovery demonstration experiment of 100kg/day has begun at TOPPAN Holdings Research Institute in Sugito-machi, Saitama Prefecture, targeting the company’s gas boiler exhaust gas. This demonstration is OOYOO’s largest project to date, and it will confirm the applicability to small and medium-sized factories and acquire data for future scale-up and commercialization.

OOYOO will accelerate the social implementation of CO₂ separation membrane technology and contribute to the realization of a global carbon-neutral society through collaboration with TOPPAN Holdings.
